At PlaneTags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of aviation history. If your authentic aircraft skin tag doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your PlaneTags in their original packaging, ensuring the certificate of authenticity is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement tag within 5-7 business days.
